External Rendering - South London

Our external rendering service is offered throughout South London, Croydon & the surrounding area. It is typically carried out in using mortar made from a cement and sand mix. This mortar is applied to the external walls both on the inside and outside of your property in two separate applications.

The initial application provides a base coat that level out the brickwork to the wall. The subsequent coat is applied at least  of 24 hours later to form a smooth finish.

Every wall on the inside of your property which are externally facing require a rendered finish on the outside. This avoids damp ingress from the brickwork passing through to your inside walls resulting from bricks the fact that bricks contain a reasonable amount of moisture.

The render can be finished with either a flat finish or with a design i.e. pebble dashed, block work effect. Our External Rendering sevice is ideal for clients in South London Area.

Prices – range from £300 – £5500. Price dependant on size of area and how much preparation is required before Rendering. This price is based on labour costs and does not including access towers or scaffolding.
